This was the first volume of Excuses, published between January and March 1998. I was in the 7th grade at the time, and one Saturday night it just felt right, so I cobbled together this newsletter handout sort of thing on a whim and presented it to people at school the following Monday. Little did I know an empire was being born. Distribution methods have changed over the years, but the basic premise has not.
